- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Creole seasoning to taste
- ½ cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat chicken breasts with olive oil and season both sides with salt and Creole seasoning.
- Place chicken in a broiler pan and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and bake for another 15 minutes or until juices run clear and internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Transfer chicken to a plate. Add chicken broth to the pan and scrape up browned bits. Simmer for a minute or two, then drizzle pan sauce over the chicken before serving.
