- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Romano cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ½ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a small baking dish.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in chopped artichokes and spinach.
- Transfer to baking dish and top with mozzarella.
- Bake 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
