Description

This Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip is creamy, cheesy, and baked until bubbly and golden. It’s the ultimate Super Bowl party food, perfect as party food, appetizers, or a warm side dish for any weeknight dinner or family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Romano cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a small baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stir in chopped artichokes and spinach.
  4. Transfer to baking dish and top with mozzarella.
  5. Bake 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
  6. Serve hot.
