Ingredients

Instructions
- Prep the chicken
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces, about 1-inch cubes. Pat dry with paper towels to help browning.
- Season
- Place chicken in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with smoked paprika and salt. Toss until fully coated.
- Heat the pan
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook the chicken
- Add chicken in a single layer. Cook 3–4 minutes without stirring to develop a crust.
- Flip and finish
- Stir and cook another 3–4 minutes until cooked through and lightly charred.
- Rest and serve
- Remove from heat and rest 1–2 minutes before serving.
