Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 1 lb
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika – 1½ teaspoons
  • Salt – ¾ teaspoon

Instructions

  • Prep the chicken
  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces, about 1-inch cubes. Pat dry with paper towels to help browning.
  • Season
  • Place chicken in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with smoked paprika and salt. Toss until fully coated.
  • Heat the pan
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Cook the chicken
  • Add chicken in a single layer. Cook 3–4 minutes without stirring to develop a crust.
  • Flip and finish
  • Stir and cook another 3–4 minutes until cooked through and lightly charred.
  • Rest and serve
