  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and place a sheet pan inside to heat
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, melted butter, and salt in a large bowl
  3. Soak bread slices in the custard mix for about 30 seconds per side
  4. Grease or line the hot sheet pan with parchment paper
  5. Place soaked slices in a single layer without overlapping
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, then flip each slice
  7. Continue baking for another 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp
