- 4 slices of thick-cut bread (brioche, challah, or Texas toast)
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk or heavy cream
- 1 tsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp McCormick Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or non-stick spray (for greasing)
- Optional: Dash of nutmeg, orange zest, maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes
- Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, and salt in a bow
- Dip bread slices into the mixture for 2–3 seconds per side
- Grease air fryer basket and arrange slices in a single layer
- Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings
Notes
- For an extra punch of flavor, add orange zest or a splash of maple syrup to your egg mixture.
