Description
A fast one-pan ramen with caramelized cabbage and crispy noodles — perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- Green cabbage, thinly sliced – 4 cups
- Instant ramen noodles – 2 packs
- Neutral oil – 1½ tbsp
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- Green onions – ¼ cup
- Black pepper – ¼ tsp
- Optional add-ins:
Shredded chicken or tofu – 1 cup
Chili flakes or chili oil
Instructions
- Heat oil and sauté cabbage until golden.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add noodles with a splash of water and soften.
- Toss with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Cook uncovered until noodles crisp.
- Top with green onions and serve.
