Description

A fast one-pan ramen with caramelized cabbage and crispy noodles — perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • Green cabbage, thinly sliced – 4 cups
  • Instant ramen noodles – 2 packs
  • Neutral oil – 1½ tbsp
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil – 1 tsp
  • Green onions – ¼ cup
  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Optional add-ins:
    Shredded chicken or tofu – 1 cup
    Chili flakes or chili oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and sauté cabbage until golden.
  2. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Add noodles with a splash of water and soften.
  4. Toss with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Cook uncovered until noodles crisp.
  6. Top with green onions and serve.

  • Add shredded chicken, tofu, or egg for extra protein.
