Description

No-bake Energy Bites made with oats, nut butter, and honey for a quick, healthy snack that’s perfect for kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • Rolled oats
  • Nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower seed)
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Optional add-ins: mini chocolate chips, dried fruit, chia seeds, flaxseeds, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, nut butter, and honey.
  2. Mix until well combined and sticky.
  3. Stir in any optional add-ins.
  4. Chill mixture for 15–20 minutes if needed.
  5. Roll into bite-sized balls and refrigerate in an airtight container.

Notes

For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months. Customize with fun add-ins like cocoa powder, protein powder, or raisins.
