- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 12 to 14 frozen dumplings
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or basil
- Red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground chicken, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook 5 to 6 minutes until browned.
- Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add marinara sauce and water. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Mix ricotta, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, and basil in a small bowl.
- Nestle frozen dumplings into the sauce.
- Spoon the ricotta mixture around the skillet.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the top.
- Cover and cook on medium-low for 10 to 12 minutes until dumplings are tender.
- Optional: broil at 425Β°F for 1 to 2 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

Notes
- Use frozen dumplings straight from the freezer for the best structure.
- If the sauce gets too thick, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water.
- If your dumplings are small, use a few extra.
- A quick broil makes it feel more like lasagna.
