Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Add bread pieces to the dish, drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle raisins on top.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour mixture over bread and press gently with a fork until well soaked.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and set in the center. Serve warm or chilled.
