Ingredients
- Ground beef (80/20): 1 pound (makes 4 patties)
- Burger buns: 4 brioche buns
- Cheese: 4 slices of cheddar or American cheese
- Condiments: Mayo, mustard, ketchup, or preferred sauces
- Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles
- Oil: Canola or avocado oil for griddle
Instructions
- Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat for 10 minutes
- Divide beef into 4 loose balls
- Lightly oil the griddle surface
- Place beef balls on griddle and smash flat with a spatula
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until edges crisp
- Flip and top with cheese, cook another 1–2 minutes
