  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Whisk Bisquick, milk, and eggs together in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Heat a lightly greased 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup batter into the skillet and quickly swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
  • Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the underside is golden. Flip and cook another 30 seconds.
  • Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
  • Fill or top with desired ingredients and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For thinner crepes, add a splash more milk.
