- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Whisk Bisquick, milk, and eggs together in a large bowl until smooth.
- Heat a lightly greased 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter into the skillet and quickly swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the underside is golden. Flip and cook another 30 seconds.
- Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
- Fill or top with desired ingredients and serve immediately.
Notes
- For thinner crepes, add a splash more milk.
